"I’ve always been curious about Keto diets and as this book was free to read in Kindle Unlimited, I had to check it out. Well written with a lot of information including comparisons of different Keto diets: bad and good foods to eat, some recipes, etc. While I’m still not sure if Keto is for me, this author has given me some food for thought (pun intended).
